Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Process Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, deburring, cleaning and inspecting components in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform post-processing operations such as cleaning, deburring, and inspecting components to meet quality specifications.
• Operate and maintain post-processing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaners, sterilizers, and other finishing tools.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Follow strict guidelines for documentation and reporting in compliance with manufacturing regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-processing issues to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in training new team members on post-processing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:                                                                                                      

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in post-processing, finishing, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components with precision.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. repeatedly and 40 lbs. occasionally, as required.
